Private Training.
60 minute sessions
Highly focused and specifically designed for each individual player
Sessions are more flexible, in a one-to-one setting the time can be spent more effectively by correcting the player’s habits
The in-depth and personal attention that these sessions provide are geared to give the player the greatest chance at reaching their maximum potential
Semi-Private Training.

Want to train with just your friends?? This is perfect for you, pick 2 to 5 friends you would like to train with!
Semi-Private Sessions allow concepts to be taught in a detailed and extremely effective manner
Please note if booking a Semi-Private do so in as a “Private Session" slot. Costs will be reconciled later.

Group Training.
75 minute sessions twice a week
Open to ANY player. The Small Groups are assembled by age.
Small Group training, up to 10 players, provide personal attention and feedback in order to get every player to where they want to be
These group sessions are geared toward providing a lot of live competition and application of taught concepts

90 Minute Intense Team Training
Ideal for Travel Teams, AAU Teams, and School Teams
Bringing an outside voice with fresh concepts can help elevate any team to the next level
Teach and conduct new drills to work on identified areas of need
Focuses can vary for the specific team's desires, includes team concepts (offense and defense) and individual skills
