Training and Coaching Experience

In 2016, I began my own training business, Casiello Basketball. Since then, I have been fortunate to work with numerous athletes from all over the world and at every level. Today, I train many of the region’s top players. My passion for training began when I worked for Sport Changes Life & the Rory McIlroy Foundation in Ireland & Northern Ireland. While there, I ran numerous camps/clinics, coached teams, and conducted individual training sessions. Furthermore, in 2017, along with being a professional player in Spain, I coached, as well as trained, hundreds of Spanish players.

NBA Players that I work with include Jordan Hall, Nik Stauskas, Ryan Arcidiacono, and Lance Thomas.

Playing Career Highlights & Awards

My professional career (2016-2018), consisted of two one-year stints. In my first season for LYIT Donegal in Ireland's National League, I finished top 20 in the league’s scoring and assist categories. After this successful season, I had the opportunity to play one season in Spain's National Division for CB Estudiantes. During my time there, I finished top 5 in scoring and assists categories.

My college career (2012-2016), consisted of being a full scholarship recipient and four-year starter at NCAA DII University of the Sciences. The highlight of my time there was our NCAA Tournament Appearance in 2015, and winning the DII national leader in Assist/Turnover Ratio award. Furthermore, I was top 10 in minutes played. I finished my career there ranked 4th in school history for assists and 7th in steals. Awards include: Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team (2016), Conference All-Academic Team (2015, 2016), National Association of Basketball Coaches Honors Court (2014, 2015), DII Athletic Directors Association's Academic Achievement Award (2015, 2016).

My high school career (2009-2012) highlights are 1000 point scorer and first-team all South Jersey at Wildwood Catholic High School.
